1. Data controller

2. Visiting the website

When you open this website, our server and our content delivery network automatically process technical data your browser sends: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page, browser and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the pages securely and to defend against attacks (KVKK Art. 5(2)(f); GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Server log files are kept only as long as needed for these purposes and then deleted.

3. Enquiry form and e-mail

When you send a request via the form or by e-mail, we process the details you give us — name, e-mail address, optionally your phone number, your preferred date and your message — in order to answer your enquiry and, where you wish, to arrange a viewing (KVKK Art. 5(2)(c); GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), and your consent under GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You receive an automatic confirmation by e-mail. The form also records a technical log entry (time, language, type of request and a non-reversible fingerprint of the e-mail address) to prevent misuse; it contains no message content.

Your request is delivered to our mailbox [email protected] on our own mail server. We delete enquiry data when it is no longer needed to handle your request, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

4. Hosting and content delivery

This website is hosted on a server of Hetzner Online GmbH in the European Union. Pages are delivered through the network of Cloudflare, Inc., which processes connection data on our behalf to deliver and protect the site. Where data is transferred outside Türkiye or the EU, this is done on the basis of the safeguards provided by law (KVKK Art. 9; GDPR Art. 44 et seq.).

5. Cookies, analytics and advertising

We only use necessary local storage to remember your consent choice and your display settings. Analytics (Google Analytics 4) and advertising measurement (Google Ads) are loaded only after you consent (KVKK Art. 5(1); GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC may process data in the United States. Details are in our Cookie policy. You can withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

6. Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 and GDPR Arts. 15–21 you have the right to information, access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent with effect for the future. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority of Türkiye (KVKK) or a data protection supervisory authority in the EU.
